Venture into the fundamentals of equipment reliability and lubrication excellence for water and waste water treatment facilities. Specific equipment applications will be investigated in detail, including clarifier, agitator and auger drives, blower units, bearings, and generators along with routine oil analysis actvities. Discuss health and environmental safety concerns and requirements, such as regulatory transition into food grade lubrication systems. Regarding incidental release of lubricants to the environment, reduced environmental impact lubricant options will be discussed.
