Call the Hotel Reservations at 1-800-HILTONS (1-800-445-8667). To receive the special group rate, attendees must identify themselves as being with the group, WEFMAX Workshop, at the time the reservation is made.
The Florida WEA has blocked a limited number of hotel rooms at the Hilton St. Petersburg Bayfront with a special standard guest room rate of $179.00 plus taxes charged per night. This rate is only available until 5:00 pm local time on Tuesday, May 7, 2024. The Hilton will honor the room block rate 2 days pre/post of the event based on availability. Attendees are responsible for making their own reservations by contacting the hotel directly. Please reference “WEFMAX Workshop” when making your reservation in the room block. Please note a one-night deposit or a credit card guarantee will be due upon booking your room. Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to arrival. Any cancellations made after 24 hours forfeit the deposit as a penalty. The deposit is fully refundable if the cancellation is made 24 hours prior to arrival.
Your reservation must be guaranteed with a major credit card to avoid a cancellation fee of one night room and tax for an individual reservation. The hotel must receive notification of cancellation no later than 5:00 pm, 24 hours before arrival date of the reservation. Credit identification will be required from each individual at check-in. Room rate will be charged to the individual’s account. Rooms have been blocked from Wednesday, May 29 – Friday, May 31 with an option to reserve 2 days prior and after WEFMAX. Check-In time is 4:00 pm | Check-Out time is 11:00 am. Baggage storage will be available for a small handling fee.
If a guest needs to make an adjustment to their reservation, or has trouble making their reservation online, or simply prefers to speak to someone directly to make their reservation, please have them reach out to our Group Sales Manager, Gene Schroeder, for assistance. His direct office number is

HOTEL PARKING
The Hilton offers valet parking only at $35 per day (one vehicle per room). Attendees will receive a 20% discount off the posted valet parking fee. Valet parking for attendees that are not registered guests of the hotel is offered at the group discount rate and is based on availability. Self-parking options are also available at local parking garages within walking distance if the hotel garage is full.
AIRPORT SHUTTLE
The Hilton does not offer an airport shuttle. Rideshare (Uber/Lyft) is a convenient option for commuting to the hotel. Tampa International Airport is 22 miles away, St. Petersburg-Clearwater International Airport is 15 miles away, and Albert Whitted Airport is 1 mile away from the Hilton.

Materials will only be received 3 days prior to the event date. WEF Staff and the Hilton must be notified of shipments (3) days in advance, and any consignments shipped to the hotel should include the following information on the package:
