Registration

There is no cost to register for the Winter Meeting. Participation in some meetings & events is by invitation only. Invitations to events labeled "by invitation only" will be sent to invited guests in early January.

Winter Meeting Registration

The advance registration deadline is Monday, February 20, 2023. If you miss the advance registration deadline, you may register on-site. WEF staff will assist you at the Badge Pick-up/Registration tables located at the Hyatt Regency Dulles.

The group rate is available on a first-come, first-served basis until February 7, 2023, or until the room block sells out, whichever occurs first. Neither WEF nor the hotel can guarantee availability or the group rate for rooms after the February 7 deadline.

The rate quoted above is exclusive of state, local, and nightly occupancy tax which amounts to 13.00%. The rate applies to single or double occupancy rooms and may increase if a third or fourth adult guest is added to the reservation. Rooms with either one King bed or two Double beds are available.
