The Steel City... The City of Bridges... The City of Champions… The ‘Burgh… call it what you will but get ready for an unforgettable experience—WEFMAX is coming to Pittsburgh! Join your peers near the convergence of the three rivers, where water professionals are hard at work tackling the challenges of today.
Registration is complimentary for all attendees. Guests are invited to join the Wednesday and Thursday socials for a fee of $100 USD per guest. Guest fees can be conveniently paid during your WEFMAX registration. Don’t miss the chance to connect, network, and “steel” some great ideas in the heart of Pittsburgh!

Wednesday, May 6 –
MA Staff Meeting
- Time: 2:00 PM – 3:15 PM
- Arrival: MA Staff should plan to arrive on Wednesday morning.
Late Afternoon Event
- Time: 3:30 PM – 5:00 PM
- Arrival: All other attendees should plan to arrive in time to participate in the late afternoon event.
Evening Icebreaker
- Time: Following the late afternoon event

Optional Fun Walk/Run
- Time: 6:15 AM
Breakfast
- Time: 7:30 AM
WEFMAX Meeting
- Start: 8:00 AM
- Adjourn: Around 5:00 PM
- Meals: Breakfast and lunch provided
Evening Social Event
- Activity: River Boat Cruise hosted by PWEA
- Guests: Invited to Wednesday and Thursday socials
- Guest Fee: $100 USD (payable during WEFMAX registration)

- Join your fellow MA Leaders for a light breakfast before the meeting.
