Welcome to WEFMAX in Montreal, Quebec, Canada

Wednesday, April 22 –
Arrival Guidelines:

  • Attendees from Canadian Provinces: Plan to arrive on Tuesday, April 21. There will be a Canadian Affairs Council (CAC) Meeting on Wednesday from 11:00AM – 2:00PM.
  • MA Staff: Arrive Wednesday morning for a meeting starting at 2:00 PM.
  • All Other Attendees: Arrive Wednesday afternoon for a late-afternoon event starting at 3:30 PM.

Evening Icebreaker:

  • Time: 6:00 PM

Thursday, April 23 –

Breakfast:

  • Time: 7:30 AM
  • Join your fellow MA Leaders for breakfast before the meeting.

WEFMAX Meeting:

Time: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Meals: Breakfast and lunch provided.

Evening Social Event:

  • Guests: Attendees and guests are invited.
  • Guest Fee: $100 USD (payable during WEFMAX registration).
  • Note: The registration system can only process payment for one guest.

  • Time: 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM (Noon)

Registration Information

  • Cost: Registration is complimentary for all attendees.
  • Guests: Invited to join the Wednesday and Thursday socials for a fee of $100 USD per guest.
  • Payment: Guest fees can be conveniently paid during your WEFMAX registration.
  • Note: The registration system can only process payment for one guest.

Reseau Environnement has blocked a limited number of rooms at a special room rate of $245 CAD per night (approx. $180 USD) plus applicable taxes, from Sunday April 19 to Saturday April 25. Please ensure that the group code 2604WEFMAX is applied to receive the discounted rate, and that a valid credit card is provided. Credit identification will be required from each individual at check-in. All room charges will be billed to the individual’s account.

Parking

Valet service is offered at $45 CAD (approx. $32 USD) plus tax per car per day, with unlimited entries and exits. Open 24 hours daily. Other indoor self-parking lots are available near the hotel.

The closest airport to the Monville Hotel is Montreal-Trudeau International Airport (YUL), located at approximately 12 miles from the hotel.
