The Virginia WEA has blocked a limited number of hotel rooms at The Alexandrian with a special standard guest room rate of $259 USD plus taxes charged per night. This rate is only available until 5:00 pm local time on March 11, 2024. Attendees are responsible for making their own reservations by contacting the hotel directly. Please reference “Virginia Water Environment Association” when making your reservation in the room block.
Your reservation must be guaranteed with a major credit card in order to avoid a cancellation fee of one night room and tax for an individual reservation. The hotel must receive notification of cancellation no later than 5:00 pm, 24 hours before arrival date of the reservation. Credit identification will be required from each individual at check-in. Room rate will be charged to the individual’s account. Rooms have been blocked from April 9 – Thursday April 11. Check-In time is 4:00 pm | Check-Out time is 12:00 pm.
HOTEL PARKING
There is a charge for parking. The day rate is $16 (for departures by 5pm) and $25 per day for overnight parking.
AIRPORT SHUTTLE
The Alexandrian Hotel does not offer airport shuttle service. However, the hotel is about 3 miles from Reagan National Airport (DCA) and 32 miles from Dulles International Airport (IAD). Car rental options are available at both airports.
