The Collection Systems Conference is CANCELED.
Today, WEF made the decision not to hold the Collection Systems Conference on June 2-5, 2020.
WEF always prioritizes the health and safety of attendees, exhibitors, and vendors at our events. We have been closely monitoring the situation with coronavirus including information from the World Health Organization (WHO), Centers for Disease Control (CDC), and state and local health authorities.
Based on the unprecedented nature of this situation, WEF will issue full refunds within 45 days to attendees, exhibitors, and sponsors of all fees paid to WEF.
If you booked your hotel room in the WEF block at the Hotel Paso Del Norte - Marriott, your hotel room will be automatically cancelled by the property. If you booked a room in another hotel or outside the WEF block at the Hotel Paso Del Norte - Marriott, please contact the property directly to cancel your reservation.
Please stay up to date on WEF’s latest efforts on WEF Events Coronavirus Update page.
To ensure you are able to learn from the content developed for the conference and earn PDHs from home, we are working with the conference planning committee to develop online programming that will be available in June. More information about what to expect will be sent to you in the coming weeks, and we hope you will join us for the online content, remotely. Learn more about what WEF has developed for the other 2020 conference series at www.wef.org/DigitalProgramming.
Contact us if you have any questions or concerns. Thank you for your understanding during this challenging time and for your continued support of WEF.
