Exhibitor Membership

Exhibitor membership is designed for firms and organizations that are suppliers and service providers to the water environment field and who decide to partner with the water quality community to do business more effectively. Exhibitor Members are typically companies that exhibit at WEF conferences and WEFTEC.

Annual Dues (US$) are based on total gross revenue in the wastewater collection and treatment field:

• Under $1 million per year US $840
• $1 million – $10 million per year US $1,470
• $10 million – $50 million per year US $2,250
• Over $50 million per year US $3,150.

If there are multiple business units (such as parent/child or sibling companies) exhibiting under one membership, then the membership level is $3,150.

Access to Manufacturers’ Representatives
WEF’s Exhibitor Members are entitled to receive an electronic list of WEF members designated as Manufacturers’ Representatives annually. This list allows you to connect directly with Manufacturers’ Representatives to provide more information about your products and services.

Earn Recognition for Your Technology
Awards are presented each year to Exhibitor Members who have introduced innovative products or services related to the construction, operation, or maintenance of water resource recovery facilities. Winners of the Innovative Technology Award receive recognition at WEFTEC. Exhibitor Members are encouraged to submit entries by April 1, 2023.

Earn Priority Points Toward Preferred Space
Exhibitor Members receive one Priority Point per year for Exhibitor Membership. These points are added to priority points earned by exhibiting at WEFTEC, Specialty Conferences, and WIN Pavilion shows.

Grow Awareness and Gain Sales
Exhibitor Members receive a basic listing in the WEF Buyer’s Guide. Listings include company contact information and inclusion in one product category. New Exhibitor Members will receive a 10% discount on their first advertisement in Water Environment & Technology magazine. Exhibitor Membership includes one company contact who receives the included publications and benefits.
