Utilities share their stories and case studies with a methodology to document, analyze, and improve their business processes.

Organizations, including water sector utilities, must execute many business processes to accomplish their mission and deliver value to their customers and communities.  Business processes in a utility range from simple procedures (e.g. calibrating a flow meter) to highly complex efforts that may involve many stakeholders (e.g. CIP Planning and Delivery, Asset and Energy Management).  Representatives from three water sector utilities will present how they documented different processes in their organizations using a standard methodology and then applied a structured improvement method to achieve better performance.
