Exhibit Space Rates: 10’ x 10’ Booth

WEF Exhibitor Member: $2,400, plus $75 per corner
Non-Member: $3,000, plus $75 per corner
_{Please note: The Federation has various types of memberships. Only Exhibitor Members are eligible for the discount on exhibit space.}

Member / Non-Member Sample Booth Budget

Exhibitors are required to review the appropriate License Agreement prior to signing the contract. By signing the contract, exhibitor agrees to all terms and conditions of the License.

The exhibits are an extension of the educational aspect of the conference program. Products and services must be related to the water and wastewater industry. Onsite sale and/or delivery of goods ("cash and carry") is not permitted.

All new booth contracts must include full payment.

*Exhibit Hall for this event is a carpeted ballroom. Purchase of carpet is not necessary.
