The webinar will be led by Mike McGill, president of WaterPIO, a public relations firm solely dedicated to helping water and wastewater utilities of all sizes improve their customer, media, and crisis communications. McGill previously served as the Chief Communications Officer for the Cape Fear Public Utility Authority in Wilmington, North Carolina; the head of Customer Relations and Communications at Loudoun Water in Ashburn, Virginia; and the lead spokesperson/Public Affairs Unit Coordinator for the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission. Prior to his career in water, he was a national news producer for CNN and the Planning Editor for WUSA-TV in Washington, D.C.
