Continuing the series that began in 2015 and 2017, the IR² Forum returns again in March 2023.

The IR² Forum 2023 will be conducted in an intensive single-track format similar to a Gordon Conference, with the idea to promote discussion and collaboration between attendees about innovative technologies for resource recovery facilities and with an eye toward identifying gaps and research and planning needs moving forward. The Forum will be attended by approximately 150 leading experts and practitioners from utilities, consulting firms, universities, and other key representatives from the industry.

The technical program will focus on seven individual deep-dive sessions featuring topics such as aerobic granular sludge, novel application of membranes/MABRs, advanced primary treatment, digestion, among others.  The expert steering committee will invite technology providers and utility representatives to co-present on their experiences and successes/challenges. Quick, in-depth presentations and ample networking time will provide an intensive three days for all participants.
