Continuing Education

WEF provides an easy way for conference registrants to receive continuing education (CE) credits through reliable credit tracking, anytime access to CE credit documentation, and archived record keeping for state reporting. Access to CE credits for registrants will be available within 4 weeks after the conference. The direct link will be provided on the event website and via direct email immediately following the conference.

For Professional Engineers
WEF education and training events are accepted by most U.S. state licensing boards for engineers. WEF also maintains Provider Status with several state engineering boards, including the Florida Board of Professional Engineers (FBPE) and the New York State Education Department (NYSED).

For Professional Operators
WEF is pursuing CE credit pre-approval with several state operator licensing boards for the 2024 Collection Systems and Stormwater Conference, including: CT, NY, MA, ME, MD, NH, NY, NJ, OH, PA and VT. Further state pre-approvals may be added up until the conference dates with the full list of state approval information provided on the CSC and Stormwater 2024 website.

If you are a licensed Operator seeking CE credits from a state that is not represented in our active site list, please contact ce@wef.org for assistance.

*States’ licensing boards encourage licensees to familiarize themselves with credit policies and requirements and to verify which events are approved or accepted in their state(s).

For more information about continuing education overall, visit WEF’s Continuing Education Credits page.
