Payment Policy

All conference registrations are processed online.

Full payment is due when you register online with a credit card (VISA, MasterCard and American Express). Checks, purchase orders, wire transfers and cash are not accepted online or onsite at the conference.

Upon completion of your registration, you will receive an immediate confirmation email.

Cancellation and Substitution Policy

Cancellations/Refunds: All cancellations must be received in writing and sent to registration@wef.org by June 28, 2024. WEF will charge a 25% cancellation fee for cancellation requests received March 5, 2024, through June 28, 2024. NO refunds will be issued for cancellations requested after June 28, 2024. Rather than cancelling, consider sending a substitute.

Substitutions: An organization may submit a request to substitute one person for another in writing prior to June 28. Please submit your substitution request to registration@wef.org. After June 28, 2024, substitutions must be done onsite at the Hyatt Regency Dallas Hotel, beginning July 15 through 17.
