A broad coalition of national organizations have joined together as Outreach Partners to promote Liquid Assets by encouraging local activity that leverages the media opportunity to elevate water/wastewater infrastructure issues to the public debate. “Liquid Assets” is the 2008/09 centerpiece for the Water Is Life, and Infrastructure Makes It Happen™ program, an on-going public education initiative sponsored by WEF with support from NACWA. | |
