The Utility Management Conference™ offers a diverse set of workshops, sessions, and panels that convey innovative tools, explore successful techniques, and share emerginig solutions all centered around the key attributes of effective utility management and the Utility Leader Forum. This year, water and wastewater managers and professionals will gather in Miami, Florida to be part of the latest approaches, practices, and techniques in all aspects of utility management.

 

The 2012 Conference kick off at the Opening General Session with Ed Ruggero, a leadership author and speaker. Mr. Ruggero will open the conference with his message on developing the kind of leaders that people want to follow and meeting challenges, which will be woven with history and real life experience.There will also be four pre-conference workshops that will pertain to management and leadership development. As well as 27 technical sessions that will focus on strategic planning, performance management and much more!
