Our lab is looking at replacing a 35 degree incubator and have a question as to which is more reliable a gravity or mechanical convection heating system. Any thoughts? Thanks.

Convection will obviously give you the most consistent temperatures throughout. I recommend getting one that has a glass door with an outer door as well. Makes it easier to calibrate (see the thermometer)
