Workshop A: Energy Services Performance Contracting: Innovative Delivery that GUARANTEES Energy and Cost Savings!

Energy Services Performance Contracting (ESPC) is an alternate delivery method for the implementation of energy savings projects. The purpose of this workshop is to introduce the attendees to the ESPC process, provide them case studies where ESPC was implemented, and have them develop a better understanding of the process by identifying challenges to implementation and potential solutions to those challenges.
