Exhibition OpportunitiesExhibitors are required to review the License for Exhibit Space prior to signing the Space Reservation & Contract. Additionally, the exhibitor agrees to all the terms and conditions of this License.
The online Residuals and Biosolids 2016 Floor Plan will show currently assigned and available booth space. The floor plan will be updated every Friday afternoon.
The Exhibitor Prospectus (pdf) includes past attendee data, exhibit hours, space rates, what is included with the booth and booth personnel registration, how space is assigned, installation and dismantling, cancellation date, floor plan, the space reservation and contract, and sponsorship opportunities.
2015 Residuals and Biosolids exhibitors who did not sign up during onsite sales in Washington DC will have the opportunity to sign up in the 2nd round for 2016 from the end of November up until early December. You can expect to get an email from Sarah Moretti with the 2nd round contract and link to the current floor plan by early December. General sales will open at the beginning of January.

ONSITE SALES for RESIDUALS and BIOSOLIDS 2017
Sign up in advance to exhibit at Residuals and Biosolids 2017 in Seattle, Washington April 8-11 during onsite sales in Milwaukee by booking an appointment time with Sarah Moretti, Exhibition Sales Manager. Appointment times will be made first come, first serve.
Please email Sarah at email@example.com to request an appointment and she will respond to let you know what times are available. Appointment schedule as of 4/1/16. Sunday and Monday morning appointments are now full.
If you know in advance you will not be able to make an appointment, you can authorize WEF to Auto-Select a booth for you by filling out and emailing a signed 2017 Onsite Exhibit Contract to firstname.lastname@example.org. Your booth will be assigned onsite as if you have an appointment. Again, appointments are made first come, first serve.
By booking space onsite you will save $.50 per square foot off the standard rates for 2017. No payment is due until October 7, 2016. Take advantage of your status as a current exhibitor to get the best booth location possible for next year.
