Hi Everybody,

Lightning has struck the soggy state of Oregon, and I got the funds to attend the Nat'l. Env. Monitoring Conf. this August in beautiful downtown Washington, DC.

I would love to meet in person any and all posters on this forum.  I know you're out there!  To help you find me, I'll be giving a paper during the low-level mercury session.  Also, I'll be the old guy wandering around eating peanuts and staring at all the tall buildings.  (They're not allowed in ultra-green Oregon.)
