WEFTEC 2027 marks a historic milestone as the Water Environment Federation celebrates its 100th anniversary. As WEF’s premier event and the largest annual water quality exhibition and conference in North America, WEFTEC 2027 promises to be a once-in-a-lifetime celebration paired with the top-tier programming that has helped the event be on the cutting-edge of water sector innovation. Water professionals from around the globe will come together to celebrate a century of progress in protecting public health and the environment while looking ahead to the innovations, partnerships, and leadership that will shape the next 100 years of water.
In 2027, the WEFTEC experience expands beyond the conference floor with special events and milestone celebrations that bring the water community together:
Jammin’4Water (J4W)
Jammin’4Water (J4W) will help kick off the celebratory spirit on Saturday evening, September 25, 2027. A WEFTEC tradition that combines music, networking, and a commitment to improving global water quality. Since its inception, J4W has raised more than $700,000 for global water charities, including the WEFTEC Student and Young Professionals Service Project.
WEF Centennial Gala
WEF Centennial Gala will take place on Sunday evening, Sept 26, 2027, celebrating WEF’s 100-year legacy with a high-energy event that brings the community together to reflect on a century of impact and look ahead to the opportunities and challenges that will shape the future of water.
Operations Challenge 40th Anniversary
WEF will honor four decades of showcasing the expertise, teamwork, and dedication of the water professionals who protect public health, support resilient communities, and keep essential water services running every day.
