Complimentary press registration for WEF events is reserved for credentialed media representatives only.

Proof of media credentials is required. Examples include a business card (with editor, journalist, publisher, or another media-related title), a copy of press credentials, or a published bylined article. Marketing, sales, and any other non-media professionals are not eligible.

Eligibile events and approvals of complimentary press registration are at the sole discretion of the Water Environment Federation.
Photographing, videotaping, filming, or live-streaming the events of any WEF workshop, technical session, event, or in the exhibit halls is strictly prohibited. Any participant violating this policy will be required to relinquish the film or digital media and will be immediately removed from the conference. Media may contact WEF communications staff for authorization at WEF event.
