This Forum was held by the Water Environment Federation in cooperation with The Water Research Foundation and the Leaders Innovation Forum for Technology program, and the University of Texas at Austin.

The 2019 Forum has now passed.

It was conducted in a format similar to a Gordon Conference, with the idea to promote discussion and collaboration between attendees about current phosphorus management and treatment issues and with an eye toward identifying gaps and research and planning needs moving forward.

We were excited to dedicate this research conference to James Barnard who has led application of enhanced biological phosphorus removal processes for wastewater treatment for more than 40 years.
