The WEFTEC 2021 Technical Exhibition will kick off in about 15 weeks. So far, we already have more than 600 exhibitors coming to deliver to you the latest water quality advances and developments.
“As of today, we have 614 exhibitors signed up for WEFTEC 2021,” said Kate Hawley, Senior Manager of Exhibition Sales. That calculates out to about 183,000 square feet of exhibition hall for participants to investigate.
The WEFTEC Technical Exhibition is where the water sector comes to debut technologies, tools, processes, and ideas. It is also the place to form valuable relationships.
“The technology and innovation you can find in the WEFTEC Exhibition is incomparable,” said Sacha Carey, Senior Director of Corporate Development and Industry Relations. “But the real magic of WEFTEC is the relationships that you build.”
“You come to WEFTEC to make connections with the people who understand your problems and issues and want to help you solve them,” Carey said. “Manufacturers, consultants, contractors, managers, operators — everyone really — meets up in the exhibition to stay up-to-date on everything in the water and wastewater sector.”
Exhibition Experience 2021
Like always, the exhibition will deliver the newest and best in the sector through products, live presentations, targeted technology spotlights, equipment demonstrations, and technical programming.
The technical programming in the exhibition will be centered around the pavilions and theatres. Pavilions collect exhibitors with similar focuses together to help you find what you’re seeking more easily.
- The 100 Mile Pavilion will feature exhibitors located within 100 miles of McCormick Place, this pavilion highlights local companies and emphasizes sustainability.
- The Drinking Water Pavilion is new for 2021. Exhibitors in this pavilion will display drinking water treatment and/or distribution systems. This pavilion also contains the SDG 6 Theater where related presentations will be offered throughout the week.
- The Innovation Pavilion returns in conjunction with WEF’s Innovation Partners, BlueTech Research and Imagine H2O. Here you can learn about cutting-edge products directly from the winners of several Innovative Product Awards. The theater in this pavilion also offers brief presentations related to innovative technologies and problem-solving.
- The Stormwater Pavilion will display the latest in stormwater management and wet weather services and products.
- The Intelligent Water Pavilion will include exhibitors that display technologies to optimize system operations, promote the application of process instrumentation, control equipment and automation, and the management of information in the water environment.
