Cancellation Policy
Q: What is your cancellation policy? A: Cancellations must be submitted in writing by email, fax or mail no later than March 3, 2017. If approved, refunds will be issued, less a 25% administrative fee. No refunds are issued after March 3.
Q: Is there a penalty for substitutions? A: No. Substitutions are welcomed without penalty and should be submitted in writing by mail or by fax no later than March 3. The substitute must submit the original registrant’s name & registrant ID number with their request. Substitutions needed after March 3 must be done onsite.
