We are having continuous problem with our dechlorination analyzer. I've heard alot of good things about the ATI reidual sulfite analyzer. Does anyone have experience with this unit?

We have 2 units for SO2.  Way less headaches that brand X&X.  We had to change our permit so a bisulfite residual = zero chlorine and a zero bisulfite = our pre-dechlor Cl2 residual with no credit for partial de-chlor.  It uses cheap sulfuric acid as its only reagent.  You MUST install a line bleaching system.  We have an automated 3 way valve that back flushes the sample line at 20 mg/l Cl2 and a pretty good velocity.  Otherwise slime builds up rapidly that lives off the SO2, reducing the value the instrument reads causing you to overdose.  Cl2 also reacts to the slime and it sloughs off resulting in high TSS values if you don't chlorinate your lab sampler line.  We have gone to ATI for Cl2 also.
