The gravity thickened primary sludge flowmeter we have is a mag meter with a Teflon lining.  Grease builds up more rapidly in the meter than in the glass lined ductile pipe and renders the meter useless after just a few hours.  My theory is Teflon is hydrophobic (repels water) so it must be grease like and attract grease.   What meter or material have you found to work well in a greasy 5 to 7%TS primary sludge?

I know that MSD used a magnetic meter product by Emco flow system where they had removable sensors on a glass lined pipe.

Have the exact problem with GVT sludge and Toshiba unit - fouls with grease within days.  Please post if you find a valid solution.
