Anyone have experience with estimating peak flows and peak water demand from high rise residential buildings?  Of particular concern is the relatively short time of travel and the possibility of higher peaks due to similar social habits.  How are people assessing available capacity for planned high rise apartments/condos/etc?

Many thanks!!
