If User is reported to be in violation with any terms of this Agreement, WEF retains the right to terminate your right to access and/or post content to discussion forums.- License. WEF grants Users a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to access and use the WEF discussion forums in accordance with the terms of use detailed below.
- Copyright. WEF discussion forums may contain proprietary content of WEF that is protected by Copyright and other laws respecting proprietary rights. WEF retains all rights to content posted in the discussion forums. By posting content to the discussion forum, User grants WEF a revocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, print, publish, copy, and distribute content. User acknowledges that he or she must notify WEF if User wishes to revoke that license.
- Privacy. All User information submitted by User or posted on the discussion forums is subject to the WEF privacy policy, the terms of which are incorporated herein. The policy governs the use of information by WEF only, and WEF disclaims any responsibility for use of such information by any third party.
- Content and Conduct Rules and Obligations. All content is the sole responsibility of the person from whom such content originated. This means that the User, and not WEF, is entirely responsible for all content that you upload, post, transmit, or otherwise make available via the discussion forum. User represents that the User has all rights necessary to post such content without violation of any intellectual property or other rights or any laws or regulations. User understands that by accessing and/or using the discussion forums, User may be exposed to content that User may find to be offensive or objectionable. The opinions expressed on the discussion forums are not necessarily those of WEF and/or its trustees, volunteers, employees, or agents. Under no circumstances will WEF be liable in any way for any content, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the discussion forums. User acknowledges that WEF shall have the right, but not the obligation, in its sole discretion to refuse or remove any content that is available via the discussion forum, and to edit any content that violates this Agreement or is otherwise objectionable. All opinions and statements made by User on the discussion forum are User’s and User’s alone, and WEF neither condones nor endorses the reliability or accuracy of such statements.
