Hi Dennis,

I don't have any experience using a CMMS, but from my days working for an open-source software company I remembered these open-source (free) CMMS products:

CalemEAM: http://www.calemeam.com/eam/index.php
myCMMS2: http://www.mycmms.org/

Also, there is a couple of big open source ERP systems that probably have CMMS modules included:
Openbravo ERP: http://www.openbravo.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=130&Itemid=244
Compiere ERP: http://www.compiere.com/

It's the end of the month, report time. Do you know where your data is? WaterTrax is the best solution to manage water and wastewater data.
