Is there an EPA document on the procedure and specifications for distillation comparability studies (e.g., Ammonia)? If so, what's the link? I know some states have their own documents. I'm not looking for opinions, I'm looking for EPA guidance documents on the subject.

I have attached a copy of the requested information. Note that this is a typed copy of the original, which we have had on hand for so many years that it is almost illegible.
Best of luck with your study.

Thanks. I got similar information from Arkansas, including a recent presentation they made at a state conference.
So I guess if a discharge is sampled infrequently such as a quarterly or semi-annual storm water outfall, then it's impractical to do a comparison study and easier to to distill every time.
