We are a regional sewer district that has about 25 pump stations and 500 miles of gravity sewer.  I am tasked with developing a PM program for the collection system (force mains, air releases, and sewers).  I am looking to see if anyone knows if there is a "standard of care" for PM schedules?  I am also interested in what other utilities have used as their parameters to develop the criteria for inspection schedules, i.e, age, size, type of pipe, etc.
