The Ozonix® modular frac tank system has been designed with a “plug-and-play” water treatment system that can be used in conjunction with a custom 500-barrel frac tank and can be removed easily for installations that require a smaller footprint. The tank is capable of processing 10 barrels/min — or more than 600,000 gal/d. The system eliminates chemicals; provides rapid on-site water reclamation; oxidizes contaminates, killing bacteria “on-the-fly”; eliminates waste byproducts and residual pollutants; eliminates separation, transportation, and disposal costs; and requires minimal mobilization and demobilization. IM™ tanks are designed for use in septic applications. Two models will replace four of the company’s currently marketed TW™ series tanks. The strength and versatility of the tanks enable a wide-range of installations, including shallow installations and multiple and serial tank configurations. Other features include strong, watertight, and lightweight injection molded polypropylene construction; inboard lifting lugs; efficient storage; integral heavy-duty lids that interconnect with the company’s TW Riser system; structurally reinforced access ports; and reinforced structural ribbing and fiberglass support posts. The system can be installed with 6- to 48-in. of cover and can be pumped dry during pump-outs. The tanks also are suitable for use as a decentralized wastewater tank, pump tank, or rainwater (nonpotable) tank; and require no special installation, backfill, or water filling procedures. The PermeCapture™ is an all-inclusive stormwater runoff control system designed to manage water volume in addition to protecting water quality by providing integrated pretreatment. The system combines the advantages and versatility of structural precast concrete modules (vaults) with the aesthetics and performance of permeable interlocking concrete pavers to provide a stand-alone, low-maintenance, low-impact development, green solution for stormwater retention, detention, reuse, ground water recharge, and flood management. A major component of the system is the Storm Capture module with permeable lid, which features HydraPorts™. DN Tanks specializes in the design and construction of AWWA D110 prestressed concrete tanks used for potable water, wastewater, chilled water, and other liquids. With more than 2500 tanks, the company produces tanks in capacities from 40,000 to 40 million gal. The tanks are designed to meet varying project requirements with the ability to withstand seismic activity, extreme climates, and severe site conditions. DN Tanks (Wakefield, Mass.).
The CULTEC Recharger® and Contactor® underground chambers are designed to replace conventional stormwater management systems such as ponds, swales, pipe, and stone trenches. The Recharger 150XL, 180, 280, 330, V8, and 900 HD models are high-profile, high-capacity chambers. The Contactor EZ-24, 100, 125, and Field Drain C-4 are lower profile, lower capacity chambers that can accommodate systems with high water tables or other depth restraints or when a larger infiltrative surface area is required by design. The entire recharger series and the Contactor 100 include an internal manifold, using side portals located on each chamber for maximum design flexibility and decreased installation footprint. This eliminates the need for costly fabricated pipe manifolds. It also reduces the required bed size by placing the manifold within the bed of chambers. The recharger and contactor series offer maximum infiltration capability due to their fully open bottoms and perforated sidewalls. With intelligent video
analytics and image optimization technologies built in, the VPort 36-1MP-IVA-T
surveillance cameradelivers 720P HD H.264 multistreaming with quality
video capture capability in challenging lighting conditions. The camera
provides best-in-class image quality with three simultaneous H.264 and MJPEG
video streams with up to 1280 × 800 high definition resolution sent at 30 FPS.
Built-in technologies include digital noise reduction, wide dynamic range, and
back light compensation. These features, along with the built-in removable
IR-cut filter and automatic color mode switching, make the camera well suited for
day and night use. The camera is designed to work in temperatures ranging from
–40°C to 75°C without requiring a fan or heater. It has a Class 1, Division 2
certification, and is ONVIF compliant for seamless integration with third-party
software platforms and NVR recording products. Advanced network security
functions, such as 802.1x and SSL/SSH, also are provided to prevent
unauthorized access or data hijacking. It is compliant to EN 50121, EN 55022,

The new Tank Alert
EZ indoor–outdoor alarm system is designed to make easier installations of lift
pump chambers, sump pump basins, holding tanks, wastewater, and other waste
applications. It also is designed with a removable cover that provides greater
access for easier field wiring while the internal circuitry remains protected.
The two-color molded enclosure integrates the red translucent LED beacon; the
upper half illuminates, and the horn sounds when an alarm condition occurs.
Once the condition is clear, the alarm automatically resets. The alarm
enclosure meets Type 3R water-tight standards. The interlocking enclosure
features a unique sound chamber to amplify the horn while helping prevent
moisture from entering. Indicator marks on the bottom of the enclosure provide
installers with easy placement of cord entry locations. The alarm can serve as
a high- or low-level alarm based on the float switch model used. SJE-Rhombus

Model IR400 Point IR
Combustible Gas Detector features a 3-second T90 response time to the presence
of combustible hydrocarbon-based gases. With its fast response time, the
detector provides an added margin of safety in protecting people, equipment,
and facilities from potentially explosive gas leaks. It features rapid
fail-to-safe continuous gas/vapor monitoring within the lower explosive limit,
and alerts employees to gas leaks and warns them to shut down processes in
affected areas. The detector also monitors hydrocarbon-based gases including
methane, propane, ethane, ethylene, butane, hexane, pentane, and benzene. Its
self-diagnostic design prevents false alarms and process shutdowns. The
detector can be configured for analog output, Modbus, and HART, and provides a
two-wire RS-485 addressable communication link, which supports the Modbus

The dual tankwater treatment control
valve provides a continuous supply of softened water from one tank while a
second tank is being regenerated. The valve regulates flow rates for resin
regeneration, rinsing, and flushing of the water in the softener. The valve
measures 5 × 3.75 × 5 in., and services both resin tanks of the water softener
system through a series of complex internal flow paths. Other features include
a 75% weight reduction, noncorrosive reinforced thermoplastic body, and

thickener is a new member of the ALDRUM range of mechanical sludge thickeners.
The drum sets new standards for sludge thickening with an enhanced design that
achieves improved process performance at lowest possible operating costs. Its
thickener makes it possible to achieve significantly improved benchmarks in
both industrial and public sector sludge thickening capabilities, including
reductions in sludge volume to as much as 90%. The design makes it possible to
increase solids load capacity by as much as 30% within the same footprint as
the standard ALDRUM unit. The new feed zone provides extraordinary gentle
treatment of the sludge, resulting in less need for costly polymers and
ensuring high recovery rates for most types of sludge. The drum is built around
the Slimline design, with a smaller conveyor diameter that provides room for

The Series UFB & UFC Ultrasonic Flowmeter
sets use the transit time difference for measuring flow rates in pipes
noninvasively. Two sensors are placed on the exterior of the pipe, and each
transmits an ultrasonic pulse through the pipe and fluid to the other. The
difference in the transit times of the two pulses is used to calculate the flow
velocity. This is the permanent model, enabling the user to mount the converter
on a surface or pipe and easily clamp on the sensors and guide bar. The compact
and lightweight design is intended for mechanical devices using homogeneous
liquids that contain no air pockets. The series come with a sturdy IP65 rating,
protecting it from dust and direct water contact. It also has data logging
capability and both come with USB output as well as 4 to 20 mA pulse output

The Swing Check Valve is
designed for municipal and industrial water and wastewater applications, and
incorporates features that provide energy savings, ease of maintenance, and
extended valve life. They are used to prevent backflow by automatically closing
when fluid reverses direction. The valves also feature a ductile iron disc that
swings open upon pump startup to provide a 100% unrestricted full flow area and
energy savings. When closed, the valve offers a tight shut-off through the
field replaceable stainless steel seat that is raised from the body to ensure
sealing in applications with high solids. They are available in sizes 2 to 24
in., and constructed of ductile iron in class 150 rated for 250 lb/in.2
working pressure. Sizes 30 to 48 in. are constructed of cast iron in class 125
rated for 150 lb/in.2, with ductile iron available as an option. Val-Matic

Smoke Blower blasts 4000 ft3 of smoke at 4.0 static pressure — more
than double the normal output to push smoke through larger systems requiring
greater volume and pressure. The blower fits all standard manholes, and has a
second outlet to blow into pipes and other openings. It can be configured for
use with smoke candles or smoke fluid to detect sources of inflow and other
faults in sanitary sewer lines. The blower also provides the best liquid-based
option for mainline sewer inspection featuring a proprietary insulated heating
chamber with stainless steel injector to maximize dry smoke output, and produce

The WWETCO FlexFilter™
provides an efficient new solution for combined sewer overflow, sanitary sewer
overflow, primary and tertiary treatments, and industrial water pretreatment.
The filter is a simple gravity system with a robust design requiring no moving
parts. In addition to its ability to handle higher solids loading, the filter
has a unique backwash system involving an air scour coupled with a high-energy
wash cycle and specialized backwash troughs to minimize the volume of backwash
water needed. The combination of tapered media compression, porosity gradient
within the media bed, and a low-flow backwash system make it one of the most

Molded screen insert
assemblies are custom designed for a wide range of applications to filter out
fluid contaminants from small particles in transmission and hydraulic fluids to
heavy brine particles in food processing. A wide range of screen options are
available in many materials for difficult filtration applications enabling use
with most fluids. Filter assembly orifice sizes range from 0.71 to 1.4 mm. To
facilitate the quality and precision requirements of these assemblies, the company
uses automated vertical presses and sonic welding systems. Minnesota Rubber
