Lab Equipment looking for school

Our water chemistry lab is closing, and I'm looking for a school that needs lab equipment donated to them. If anyone knows of a school in need, please let me know. I will prepare a proposal for my bosses, and maybe a lucky school can get some nice equipment. We are getting rid of:  ICP, IC, Quantitray, spectrophotometer, turbidimeter, conductivity meter, pH & DO meters, autoclaves, incubators, ovens, furnace, graphite furnace, glass labware (cylinders, flasks, beakers, petris, cells, imhoffs, etc), handheld UV lights, colony counter,  Please let me know as soon as possible so I can get my proposal in before they source it out somewhere else. Thanks everyone.

Without knowing where you are located, it is hard to recommend a school for donation.  The ICP, IC, and graphite furnace are probably a little advanced for primary education schools.  I would look for a local community or technical college for those pieces.  Everything else could be used by any local school district in their high schools or by the same college as above.  If management doesn't approve the donation and you are within one state of South Carolina, message me with details about the IC.  I've been trying to talk my management into getting me another one.  Something decent at a discount from new might just entice them enough.

Check with Grace College in Winona Lake, IN.  They just started up an Environmental Program this last Fall. 574-372-5100  They might be able to use some good equipment.  Another person who might be able to help you is Dr. Ray Gsell @ Zimmer (574-267-6131).
