Thanks for the heads up. DMR-QA Study opens March 15, 2010, and closes on July 2, 2010. The US EPA notice lists the following changes:
Please note that starting with Study 30, low level mercury and low level total residual chlorine are part of the list of required DMR-QA
analytes. The concentration ranges are 20 - 100 ng/L (20 - 100 parts per trillion) for low level mercury and 75 - 250 µg/L (75 - 250 parts per billion) for low level total residual chlorine. If you have questions about whether you should perform the normal mercury and/or total residual chlorine or the low level concentrations, contact your state DMR-QA coordinator.

Has anyone received their official copy of DMRQA Study 30 from the EPA? It is already March 10.

Haven't received the 308 letter for this year and never got one last year. We were told the database was butchered by a contractor last year and things should be better this time. Suggest you go to EPA or your provider's website (if you haven't already) and download the announcement. You are still supposed to verify your information by 3/15.

I tried to attach an Adobe file of the EPA announcement letter, but the file was too big. I got the file from Environmental Resource Associates, our PT provider. I'm in EPA Region 8 & haven't seen anything from EPA yet either.

You can view and download a copy of the announcement and study packet at the following sites:
ERA: http://www.dmrqa.com/
RTC: http://www.rt-corp.com/products/dmrqadefault.aspx?cat=339
US EPA website still hasn't been updated to Study 30!

Hi,
I talked to Mr. Charles Feldmann from the EPA. Some of the DMRQA-30 packets were put in the mail March 10. Check with your state coordinator for an email copy.

Got mine yesterday, May 15. Word is the EPA contractor doing the mailing got way behind schedule...perhaps a consequence of the DC snow storms in February.
