WEF Governance
The Water Environment Federation (WEF) is incorporated as a not-for-profit organization under the U. S. Internal Revenue Service Code, 501(c)3. WEF is governed by a Board of Trustees having legal and fiduciary responsibility for the supervision, control and direction of WEF. The WEF House of Delegates serves as the deliberative and representational body of WEF and as an advisory group to the Board of Trustees. The Board of Trustees, House of Delegates, and WEF Committees are committed to advancing WEF’s vision of preserving and enhancing the global water environment.
