<root>
Our lab does just enough CN analyses to be taking a strong look at this OI/ASTM method that's in the EPA 9/23/10 proposed update to 40 CFR 136.

Does anybody out there have experience with doing CN by segmented flow analyzer via UV digestion followed by amperometric detection? Does it really do a good job avoiding interferences? How about saving time? Does anybody have any return-on-investment data?

Thanks,

It cut down our quarterly 4 days of CN testing to 1 day. Plus it does a good job reducing/elimiting interferences. Check out the webinars from OI Analytical. http://www.oico.com/default.aspx?id=appcntrwbnrbypl&PLID=16.
