We are experiencing some reoccuring problems with wiring failure in the conduits of our WEDECO UV system. The wiring is failing and is believed to be a result of excessive heat.

Their is a fair amount of finger pointing between WEDECO and the design engineer.

Has anyone experienced overheating/wire melting in conduits with the WEDECO system??

Are you speaking of the wires in the conduit supplying voltage to the UV system from the control panel? Have you taken and amp reading under load and verified the wire gauge is correct for the voltage?
