<root>
I have been a member of LinkedIn for awhile and have started the Water and Wastewater Professional networking group along with a Laboratory and Training Subgroups. All these groups provide networking capabilities. All the groups are growing slowly as word of mouth spreads and allow for the need to know who works where. There are a few of you that have joined. Hopefully, this can provide a transitory means of communication between lab folks once this Forum becomes established. If you are interested in joining the LinkedIn Water and Wastewater Professionals Laboratory Subgroup use the following link:

<root>
It has been close to 6 months that I left the old WEF Forum and decided to pursue a different course. Well, here are a few updates:

I am moderating a competing Lab Forum at:

http://www.waterandwastewater.com/cgi-bin/yabb/YaBB.pl?board=lab1

I am also attending to several LinkedIn Groups:

Water and Wastewater Professionals:

http://www.linkedin.com/groups?home=&gid=2328156

Water and Wastewater Laboratory Professionals:

http://www.linkedin.com/groups?home=&gid=2338463

By the way, the Water and Wastewater Professionals Group is doing much better that WEF's and WEF Young Professionals and is currently the number 10 rated wastewater Linkedin Group in just less than 6 months.
