We are exploring the purchase of an automated BOD/CBOD analyzer an an automated titration system for calcium, alkalinity and total hardness.  Has anyone used any of these systems?  If so - I would greatly appreciate it if you could share with me the vendor and if you loved it, liked it or hated it.
