Digital water bath thermometer recommendations.

 We are considering switching from Hg to digital thermometers for our waterbaths and incubators for our certified micro lab. Anyone made the switch from Hg to digital? Thanks.

 Yes, added a digial to my water bath just have to calibrate it quartely against the NIST.  The one I have has a min and max timer to let you know if it is out of spec.  NICE.
