How does your utility respond to customer calls about sluggish plumbing? Do you send crews out to check public sewers first or tell the customer to call a plumber first?

Our utility sends out a crew to check the sewer main and the property line cleanout if there is one available.   

 

We provide this service even after hours if the customer contacts our emergency number.
