| | We have odor control dosing stations at numerous pump stations sites. Does anybody know where the balance is between providing odor control and corrosion in the collection system. I am pondering whether if there is a balance point between dosing for odor and dosing for corrsoion prevention, ie. which one is the limiting condition? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks |

| I think if you treat for odor control, you probably have solved most or all of the corrosion potential. H2S converts to sulfuric acid. If there isn't enough H2S to create odors, you have solved the corrosion issue.
