We have a new CP 3127 HT with a 483 impeller. Horse power is 10, RPM is 1735. I have found several curves on the net but not this specific curve shown in a USA form of head in feet and pumping in gallons per minute. Thank you kindly for any help you could give me.

RE: Flygt Pump Parts

My company specializes in aftermarket Flygt Seal kits. I tried in the past to use parts not from the manufacter like bearings, seals etc. with not very good results. Then I just end up going back to the pump rep. ending up spending more money to get it done right. I been in the wastewater field for 16 years and I come to the conclusion no matter what kind of pump you have ABS, FLYGHT, HYDROMATIC they are all costly to repair no matter who repairs the pump. My only suggestion is to increase your buget for pump repairs. Costs are only going up.

RE: Flygt Pump Parts

The Mellor pump was manufactured in Sth Africa. The cost of genuine Flygt replacement parts from our local vendor has increased by 11% over last year. I did a brief search on the internet but didn't have any luck. I have had excellent results with all our Flygt products but would like to find a more cost effective way to maintain them if possible.
