I am looking for anyone with experience concentrating and feeding concentrated grease to anaerobic digesters - technologies used, other conditioning methods (chemicals, emulsifiers, etc) and operation and maintenance info - good, bad and the ugly.

Anything would be appreciated

We've got a system going in, but it hasn't been started yet.  The plan is to introduce heated FOG directly into the heating loops for 4 anaerobic digesters.  Other than grit removal and heating, no treatment of the FOG is planned.  I've found there is a lot of information online regarding increased methanogen health, and improved bacertial growth, but you can easily overfeed with grease.  I think this was addressed in an recent WE&T - http://www.wef.org/ScienceTechnologyResources/Publications/WET/08/08Jan/08JanuaryFeatures.htm
