Our County is considering developing a FOG program, and I am trying to get an idea of the staffing needs. If anyone could share details of their FOG program, particularly the number of  FTE's and program scope, I would really appreciate it.

I can be reached at dwisler@arlingtonva.us

I have found Cary, NC’s to be one of the best – Surf around this link: http://www.townofcary.org/grease/ - it is very thorough.
