Can anyone tell me if there are a combination of organically safe chemicals/natural ingredients which when mixed will create heat?

I don't know about how organically safe it is but....

Calcium Chloride or Potassium Chloride and water will generate heat (stuff they sometimes use to melt snow) and any strong acids with water generate heat. (Always 'add acids to bases, to save your faces' I'm sure there are tons more options....
