Anyone have thoughts on removing PPCP's from wastewater using longer SRT's? I just read an article by Joan Oppenheimer and Roger Stephenson, Time Out.

My question is what kind of plant has the least problem running up to a 15 day SRT. Extended Air and MBR's come to mind.
