Attached is a word document with a photo of some weird bugs swimming in a clarifier at the Southwest Florida Bardenpho Wastewater Treatment Plant. They seem to be attracted to the light, but are swimming all round the clarifier during the day light. Any idea what they are? I suspect some kind of larva.
