The National Association of Clean Water Agencies (NACWA), in cooperation with the Water Environment Federation (WEF) and the Water Environment Research Foundation (WERF), is seeking proposals from qualified firms to conduct a Strategic Analysis of the CleanWater Central (CWC) database. 

The goal of the analysis is to provide the three organizations with the necessary information to determine the future path for CWC and to develop a vision and business strategy for the future of CWC as a system jointly managed by all three partner organizations.

All proposals must be received by no later than 5:00 pm (Eastern) on March 13, 2008.
